We process requests for direct quotes via email from companies, associations, institutions and groups in compliance with some of our rules.
The previous management company that owned the accommodation complex was inactive for about a year.
We started with a new management company on June 1, 2024 and with a different shareholder structure and without a stable team.
We consider this semester of 2024 a useful test bed to evaluate how to best operate in 2025 with better and more adequate services.
This premise is to help you understand our current and future booking policy aimed at companies, institutions, agencies and groups.

Rules:
1- We do not grant options – those who want to book the rooms, make a request, receive a total quote that they can accept via email within 24/48 hours.
We will dynamically evaluate from time to time based on the period, the number of rooms requested, the people to be hosted, the chosen menu, the type of event – how much to ask in total.
The offer thus formulated will last 24/48 hours after which it will expire and the request will have to be reformulated.
The applicant will then receive the IBAN or a link (pay with Link Nexi) to pay 30% within a further 24/48 hours.
The sum will be collected as a confirmatory deposit (Art.1385 C.C. italian law) and advance – the balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
2- We do not formulate estimates with free rooms – nor with analytical prices – any dinner or lunch will cost between 30 and 40 euros depending on the choice made based on our previously proposed menus.
Specific menus and wines will be evaluated differently.
Table seating available for events
Our restaurant can accommodate 200 people, but for special events and using other internal rooms, external spaces, catering services in the past, it has served up to 600 people.
Such events require prior arrangements and require the exclusive and reserved use of the entire hotel facility.
