What to do to book directly:

  • Confirm your reservation via email within 24/48 hours or other agreed time
  • Pay 30% of the price by bank transfer or other system
  • Pay the rest 7 days before arrival
  • The iban or link will be sent via email after confirmation)

Other rules for booking groups:
  1. Reservation must be received 8 days before arrival
  2. Negotiations only via the indicated email
  3. The payment of 30% of the total price communicated is considered both as an advance and as a confirmation deposit (Art.1385 C.C.)
  4. In case of non-adscription, the offer will automatically expire
  5. Beyond this deadline, those interested will have to reformulate the request
  6. The total price is discounted by 10% compared to that published on the same day of the request, the rates are dynamic and often undergo changes
  7. If you are unable to use the room booked in this way, you can ask to be moved to another period and in this case you will kindly inform us as soon as possible.
  8. This cancellation policy is different and certainly not as easy as the one we have agreed with Booking.com which allows free cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before Check-in
  9. With this formula, on the other hand and on the other hand, you will never be required to reimburse the entire cost even in the case of untimely cancellation.
Useful information for incoming groups

In the historic center of Montalcino, tourist buses can travel from Viale Strozzi to Piazza Cavour (in front of the Municipality), where they can load/unload passengers, but parking of the vehicle is not permitted in the square.

The bus will then have to proceed to park for free in 3 for now
municipal checkpoints, places certainly not far away:

  • In the Collina d’Italia area;
  • Along the SP 14;
  • Taking the Viale Strozzi roundabout in the direction of Grosseto you reach Strada Provinciale Traversa dei Monti.

It is not easy to find them free since Montalcino is, fortunately for us, a very popular tourist destination.

The bus parking of our facility can be accessed directly via the Strada Provinciale Traversa dei Monti towards Grosseto.

However, we can only park coaches carrying groups of tourists who have lunch, dinner or overnight stay with us – book only by email on:

You will have the following advantages:

  • Parking for the coach included in the price of the group lunch;
  • Furthermore, in addition to lunch, the driver will be able to use the swimming pool and bathrooms of the structure – elsewhere he would remain isolated for hours in the municipal check-point area.

It goes without saying how appropriate it is for society to grant rest to those who, after having left the motorway and ventured into the sinuous hills of Siena, need to recover from stress and then get back to driving after lunch or dinner.

I would like to highlight one last aspect that will guide your choice towards our restaurant:

Al Brunello is the only restaurant in the Piazza di Montalcino with 200 table seats – all tourists can be served in the large main room of the restaurant.

Then using all the covered and uncovered areas we can host events for up to 600 guests.

4 SEASONS MENU FOR GROUPS

I. OPTION FROM 30 EUROS PER PERSON
one course (a first or second course with side dish).
II. OPTION FROM 35 EUROS PER PERSON
two courses (first and second with side dish).
III. OPTION FROM 40 EUROS PER PERSON
three courses (first course, second course with side dish, dessert)
IV. OPTION FROM 45 EUROS PER PERSON
four courses (2 first courses, second course with side dish, dessert)

All options include in the price:
  • Cover charge (bread, water, table service accessories)
  • Tuscan appetizer
  • 1 bottle of wine for every 5 people
  • One coffee per person.

Our 4 options differ in price and number of courses but are conditions reserved for external groups and hotel guests – and not for individual tourists passing through.

The tour operator formulates a choice between the 4 options, then the chef will communicate a proposal for a fixed, detailed, seasonal, typical Tuscan menu that you can propose to our mutual customers.
