Direct bookings

By booking directly on the site you can obtain different but not better conditions than those programmed on booking.

This statement derives from a contractual obligation with the intermediary Bookin.com.
In fact, by booking on the site you can get a 10% discount but in this case we require the payment of 30% which will never be refunded in the event of cancellation of the Booking.com
Taking into account that even on Booking.com you can get a 10% discount if you opt for the non-refundable rate, there are no real gains
The cancellation policy is also different, booking from the site canceling is less agile and elastic than it is on Booking.com

The payment of 30% of the total price communicated is considered both as an advance and as a confirmation deposit (Art.1385 C.C. Italian law)
You will need to fill out the appropriate form
The balance will be paid at the facility
In case of non-adhesion, the offer will expire but there will be no need to notify
If you are still interested in joining, you will have to reformulate your request
The total price is discounted by 10% compared to that published on the same day of the request as the rates are dynamic and change
If you are unable to use the room booked in this way, you can ask to be moved to another period and in this case you will kindly inform us as soon as possible.
This cancellation policy is different and certainly not as easy as the one we have agreed with Booking which allows free cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before Check-in
With this formula, on the other hand and on the other hand, you will never be required to reimburse the entire cost even in the case of untimely cancellation.
