By booking directly on the site you can obtain different but not better conditions than those scheduled on Booking.com.

The previous management company that owned the accommodation complex was inactive for about a year.

This statement derives from a contractual obligation with the intermediary Booking.com.

In fact, by booking on the site you can get a 10% discount but in this case we require the payment of 30% as a non-refundable confirmation deposit.

Taking into account that even on Booking.com you can get a 10% discount if you opt for the non-refundable rate, there are no real gains.

The cancellation policy is also different, booking from the site canceling is less agile and flexible than it is on Booking.com

What to do to book:

1. Confirm your reservation via email within 24/48 hours
2. Pay 30% of the price by bank transfer or or other systems
3. The balance will be paid in the structure for individual rooms
4. The balance for groups must be sent 7 days before arrival

1. Reservation must be received 8 days before arrival
2. You will need to fill out the appropriate form
3. The payment of 30% of the total price communicated is considered both as an advance and as a confirmation deposit (Art.1385 C.C.)

Our restaurant can accommodate 200 people, but for special events and using other internal rooms, external spaces, catering services in the past, it has served up to 600 people.

Such events require prior arrangements and require the exclusive and reserved use of the entire hotel facility.
